Standard Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, call or email us within 30 days to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You must contact us to obtain the RMA number. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent without an RMA number will be rejected.
- The watch must be returned in original packaging including all manuals, warranty cards along with any other original packaging. All hang tags, stickers, and protective plastic must be intact. You will need to secure the original manufacturers packing inside appropriate shipping materials such as box with packing peanuts or bubble wrap. We expect the package shipped to us the way we shipped the watch to you.
- You are required to pay for all shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to insure the package, all liability for loss or damage in transit is yours.
A watch can only be returned if it has never been worn. The same applies to bands and clasps. It is impossible to wear a watch/band/clasp (even for short) periods
and not get it scratched or blemished. If the watch shows the slightest sign of being worn, we will not accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise.
- The watch can not have been re-sized or modified in anyway, such as removing bracelet links, cutting a rubber strap, etc.
- Special orders are not returnable under any circumstances. Clearance items may only be exchanged. No refunds.
Our exchange policy is the same as the above return policy except for the following:
- Please call or email us to find out the availability of an optional model.
- Enclose invoice with defect information and/or optional model number desired.
- If the watch is found to be defective, the watch will be either repaired or replaced
with the same model and the original band will be put on the replacement watch.
After a package is received, please allow 3-4 business days for it to be inspected.
- After that, either refund or exchange will be given accordingly. Thank you for your

All orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days. All transit times provided are from the date of shipment.
Domestic Shipping Options:
- Free! For orders over $99, we offer free domestic (USA) shipping. Please allow one week for your order to arrive after shipment.
- First class mail is offered for small items like straps and tools and requires about one week for delivery after shipment.
- Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed US mail service. The US Mail estimates delivery in 2 to 3 days after shipment.
- Fedex 2Day is a guaranteed service offered by Fedex. Your shipment will arrive 2 business days after your item ships. Note that Saturday is not a normal delivery day for Fedex. For example, if your item ships on a Thursday, you will not receive it until the following Monday.
- Fedex Standard Overnight is a guaranteed service offered by Fedex. Your shipment will arrive one business day after shipment. Note that Saturday is not a normal delivery day for Fedex. For example, if your item ships on a Friday, you will not receive it until the following Monday.
International Shipping Options (i.e. Canada and Mexico):
- First Class International – this is a 2 week to 6 week service depending upon your destination country. Packages shipped this method cannot be tracked.
- Priority Mail International delivery is within 2 weeks from date of shipment, excluding customs clearance.
- Priority Mail Express International delivery is 4 to 6 business days from date of shipment, excluding customs clearance.
- Fedex International Priority delivery is about 4 days from date of shipment, excluding customs clearance. Destinations in Canada are usually 1 to 2 day delivery.
Note: All international orders are subject to import duty and tax by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all duty and tax. If you are unsure of the import taxes in your country, we recommend you contact your import authority. No international shipping times are guaranteed.
